This policy describes how trivexfinance ("we") amasses, handles and secures personal information when you use and Services. Our role is data controller for this information.
What we collect. Names, emails, countries and the like plus KYC documents demanded by regulators. We also keep: trade and settlement records, device data and support chats. EU/UK legal grounds: performing the contract, legal duty, plus legitimate interest.
Use of data. Operating your account, clearing trades, meeting compliance, fighting fraud, and platform security, plus optional product messages carrying an instant opt-out.
Who sees data. Sharing is limited to operational providers (custodial, payment, identity), regulators upon lawful request, and anonymized metrics. We never sell personal data.
Retention and security. Retention lasts through the account life plus statutory periods (typically five-seven years for trades). Security: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-audited access controls.
Your rights. Access, correction, export, deletion and objection requests can be made through [email protected]. We answer within the legally set windows.
